Would be a great idea and grief support near where you live and be kind to yourself its a difficult time and no one can prepare you for the emotions that come with loss but do not bottle it up. I am sorry for your loss. I went thru this 10 years ago. My advice is to go talk to someone you trust a friend or therapist/doctor. Grief is a very tough thing as there are layers to this. It is natural to feel everything you are feeling but please look after yourself... Do not forget to eat drink and sleep ... Reach out…
