I'm starting it today so I don't have many reviews as of yet! I'd check amazon, probably get a used one on there.

My scale didn't move at all and actually went up this past week, and today is my weigh in and it was down 2.2 lbs. Just hang in there the biggest thing is to not go back to your old ways and remember what has you wanting to lose the weight!
