I've carried around post-its and note cards. It makes a big difference in hitting everything I want to do. Otherwise I'll always forget something.

I do. I prep my breakfast, snacks and lunch for the week on Sunday. Then I just modify whatever my husband and I do for dinners. I've been doing this since January and love it.
