I have a huge addiction to peanut butter and refuse to go without it so I use PB2 which is peanuts that have been ground into powder, and you just add a 1:1 ratio of water to it and BAM you have delicious guilt free peanut butter!

I've only had spaghetti squash once, since I have to go to a different grocery store just to buy that & eggplants :( But I made Spaghetti Squash boats with it and oh-my-gosh they were delicious and SUPER easy to make. I found the recipe on skinnytaste.com and would highly reccomend it…

I've been juicing vegetables for breakfast, its a great way to get in the daily requirement and its fast and usually holds me over until my first break at work. If Im in the mood for something sweet ill do a fruit smoothie and blend spinach in with it since you literally cant taste it! :drinker:

I tried to give up coffee in the past, but if you're not drinking tons of caffeine (diet sodas, non-decaf tea) than why the heck bother! I love flavored creamers in my coffee, i'm willing to sacrifice those calories/fat. :drinker:
