  • Thank you. I may try and take a day to do some swimming. Its just hard for me becuase I really enjoy using it. I have been increasing the time and the resistance that I am using so it is changing some.
  • Im hoping someone from the gym can give me some advice. I am not bored on the elliptical but I just want to do whats going to give my body better results.

  • I have honestly never had soda water. How does it taste? Sounds kind of yucky lol. When I ask for it just say soda water?

  • How many calories is a shot of vodka in general. I normally drink Stoli. I do like taking shots but need something to sip on so i dont get in too much trouble lol.

  • Like everyone else said it is very possible. It all depends on the level you have it on and how fast you pedal. I burn between 450 -550 calories and I do it for 40 -45 min. I have the ramp on 9 and the resistance on 8.
  • I am interested. I have only been a week into my lifestyle change and have not measured my body at all. So I wouldn't know what an achievable goal would be.
  • I weighed the same as you a week ago. And today I stepped on the scale and was 5 lbs lighter!!! I have been watching calories and working out for 40 minutes a day. I also cut out all soda from my diet. It feels great to see some results!!!
  • I love air popped popcorn. Where do you get butter spray? I have never heard of it. Is in by the popcorn in the grocery store?
  • Bumping. I havent been shaky after the first time. Tomorrow I start taking 2 pills a day. How was the transition from 1 pill to 2? Also anyone else have any experience from taking this?

  • I know I shouldnt be sore when I leave the gym but I mean like the next day or so. I feel like I need to be sore to know my body is getting worked. Im going to try a strength and conditioning class tomorrow at my gym. Maybe that will help me aerobic and give me some muscle work.
