  • You can have a snack that isn't sugar...
  • Log your meals and check your macros. Eat at least 1g of protein for every pound...add more fat. simple cards like fruit (which is basically sugar) and bread (can also be mostly simple carbs aka sugars) will spike your blood sugar and when it crashes, this is what makes you feel starving.
  • You are amazing!! ETA - as you build muscle you may see the scale go up - You should get one of the body fat monitors - the kind you hold out in front and it measures your body fat - i got one on amazon and it was around $40. Also, just think of how much easier it will be to be pregnant and have a baby if you're stronger!
  • Your motivation is going to go up and down...its normal and natural. This is a long journey; it's OK to take a breather when you need to. Don't be ashamed; just pick a date to get back on the horse, make a meal plan, and stick to it.

  • I understand your frustration, but I think you need to lighten up. You sound obsessed with this, and ultimately I think you'd be happier to look at your legs and thank them for being strong and able. If you continue down this obsessive route you'll never be happy. )-:
