Hi all, l just saw this group not too long ago and if it's not too late, l will love to join but starting my workouts from today, Thursday. I have gone through all the videos and, though l am currently working on Jillian Michaels 6 weeks, 6 packs, l will also love to add this to it so as to get rid of my 'muffin top'.

Started Level 2 today and it wasn't fun at all. And to think that l have to do it for another 20 days is not what l want to dwell on. I am just going to take it a day at a time.

Well done. I did the last day of week 3 of Level 1 today and l have to confess that, it wasn't fun for me towards the end. But l am somebody that does not like to quit in the middle of a programme, if not, l woudn't have gotten to the end of week 3. I did 7day a week. So that's 21 days of being on Level 1.

Hi, sorry l didn't do any workout today. i decided to have today as my off day because my body was tired after attending a friend's wedding today where l danced for over an hour. But l will be back tomorrow by God's grace, amen.

Honestly it is easier but the 6 weeks, 6 packs is making it hard for me. I couldn't do any workout today because, though l attended a wedding, but my body was just too tired. So, l decided to take today off and be back at it tomorrow by God's grace, amen.

Apart from 6/6, l am also on Level 1 of Ripped in 30 and week 3 of Lean for Life phase of Chaleane Extreme. This is my second time of doing Ri30, so l am only doing 5 days on each of the four weeks.
