I started IF in April and weighed 172 my current weight is 156 but the major difference is the fat melting away from my tummy and chunky legs. I'm happy to still see results since I was not consistent. The month of June was a wash. I plan on sticking with IF until I reach my goal weight of 135.

Hello Ladies! I'm Mo! I've been doing IF (5/2) on and off since April. This has tremedously helped with decreasing my body fat percentage. This week I'm strict on my eating during my feeding windows since I'm heading to VEGAS next weekend. Please feel free to add me as a friend.

Good luck with your weight loss journey. I know how easy it is to lose yourself through motherhood and I only have one child. This forum is very helpful if you are accountable. Ladies, I'm stuck and haven't lost a pound. I incorporated a new workout plan and I've been sick with the cold for the last 3 days so hopefully I'm just holding on to water weight. I will stick to my plan for about another week and make changes as needed.
