A big goose egg this week but that is expected since my diet was poor and I haven't really worked out since April. I'm hoping to reach the 150's by the end of this month. Time to head back to the gym...
Still at 163. Whomp Whomp! I'm such a foodie and love variety but if I really want to lose weight, going back to clean eating is a necessity. Cleaning it up starting tomorrow--really, I will start tomorrow.

Okay so it's been a while. I finally hit the 10 pound mark. 161!
My Vegas trip is raipdly coming up. I really want to lose the last 10 before the trip...I'm less than 60 days out. I know it's feasible but my body is staying in a plateau zone. UGH!0 -

I originally set my goal at 18 pounds. Then I decided to change it to twenty when I joined this group. I now have 9 pounds to go. I have a severe knee injury at this time. Therefore my weight loss is slowing. I am trying to make the most of the exercise I do get and burn as many calories as possible. I am not giving up!!0

I'm a little upset that it is taking this long to shed the weight but I guess the closer you get to your goal weight, the harder it is to shed the pounds. Most of my adult life I've waivered around 155. I'm hoping to hit at least 155 by August.0 -
