total bull**** It does the opposite if anything. I drink tons of coffee, it helps keep hunger away plus gives energy and antioxidants.

What? They must also be blind then!

IRL none. On here, every famous bald guy with an athletic body.

Was going to say, either Stronglifts or Starting Strength would be a good start.
-
Sure I quit for 6 years once as a NY resolution gone mad. But I can't start until Saturday because I'm going to see Motely Crue on Friday night and I plan to drink.

If you get some more equipment you can do virtually any type of workout at home. And it cost way less than you think if you buy everything on Craiglist. I have trained at home for most of the last 6 years or so. I paid about 10 cents on the dollar for what my stuff would cost new. I probably paid $300 tops for everything…

I pretty much never cook them. lol I eat salads a lot though.
-
I buy mine pre-packaged usually. Other than that if I get a salad at the work cafeteria you have to weigh it when you pay for it anyway.
-
I don't mind it. Got mine in October, I'll be ready for sure. I'm doing Juggernaut Training currently and running and other cardio as well. @Melissa_mojo - HOT
-
scary....but you kind of look like my twin so I guess maybe it's not that terrible? LOL
-
A lot. When I was cutting for a powerlifting competition I lost 6 pounds of water in one day (purposely to make weigh in). But to answer your real problem, try averaging out your weight over the course of a week rather than worrying about daily fluctuations.

Yes hot

Agreed. I think she probably needs to stop running now if she's already doing it though. I knew somone that was pregnant and ran for the first few months but even she swtiched to walking towards the end. But since she was active the whole time, she got back in shape very quickly after the baby compared to most people.
-
I'd suggest you sign up for a 5k about 6 months from now and slowly begin training for it after you have your baby. Start by walking obviously. As far as music, that's very subjective to your taste. Personally, I have a wide variety of taste. I run to everything from heavy metal to EDM.

I don't think I've taken more than about 10 days or so off in a row in several years. I just took about that many off for vacation, came back stronger. But I'd say about 3 weeks or more is about right. But it will come back quickly. Now cardio fitness on the other hand, takes longer to build up yet goes away very quickly.

Taking applications.

LOL so much this^ Other than that, just eat the "bro foods" - chicken and rice.
-
Borrow car from and drive away.

sure

Yes water weight mostly though. I've lost that much water in a few hours before. Of course that kind of weight loss isn't what you're looking for. Lose 1 lbs a week and stay consistent for real lasting results.
-
I creeped your pics but wish I hadn't. What has been seen. lol

water /= fat

pass

I hope not.

Slowly increase calories to maintenance levels. I met my goal over a month ago and I'm not even at maintenance level calories yet.
-
Two weeks? What do you expect? It's a lifestyle change that takes time to get real lasting results.

only the sexy people

Met my ex on a dating site. Marriage lasted 10 years at least; although been separated for close to 2 and about to be finally divorced soon.
-
My ex did. She lost like 30 lbs between walking and yoga.
