Calories in / out is what is needed to lose weight. Eating a 'healthy' diet is very subjectvie. However, I'll say this, by following calories in / out once I got down pretty low on my calorie intake I definitely didn't eat processed foods at all. Not so much because they're 'bad' but because they weren't going to fit into…

This was also in the powerlifting section. Hit home with me not because of the drugs (I'm natty) but just because as I get older (41) I'm getting injured more from powerfiting. Just did a meet a couple of weeks ago and recovering from that still. Obviously nothing compared to the elite guys but still is becoming a worry…

Limit yourself to an hour 4x per week. Don't program hop though. Pick a good program and stick to it, you will be less 'bored' once you start seeing real progress. Once you get momentum going, it becomes something you love doing. Source: been doing this for close to 30 years now

I bake with it also, I make all kinds of stuff with it. I had a thread in the recipe section a while back but kind of let it slide. The cinnamon swirl is the best to make pancakes and waffles. I make cakes and cheesecakes with the others often as well as shakes and crepes.

Attention attention, there is a chocolate peanutbutter beer. I just found out about this earlier today.... http://uncrate.com/stuff/duclaw-sweet-baby-jesus-chocolate-peanut-butter-porter-beer/ It's supposedly pretty good but heavy, as in you probably only want one or two at the most.

I have done that before. lol

The thing is, when you cook it it will lose some of it's weight through the cooking process depending on how you cook. Some of this is splitting hairs though, just pick a method and be consistant.
