When I am home I weigh everything on a digital food scale. When I am out I overestimate and I use MFP on my Android. I worry about that all the time since I am a compulsive overeater and I can very easily be in denial. I guess the only way I will truely know is my weight loss which is steady so far :)

Food in general is like crack to me. The kind of fulfillment I get by eating is like no other. These days as I realize how destructive it is, I realize what a crackhead I am! But I guess if i had to choose it would be CHOCOLATE!

Okay, so I made it through the day, 2300 calories later, but in the past I would have eaten 4000 easy. So I feel like the food wasn;t the problem the 4 glasses of wine push me over the edge! I'm a busy mom and I find it very difficult. What I do is small increments. 20 minutes or less as often as possible. I use exercisetv (free on my cable provider) and I also dance to music my kids like and do crunches or squats. I am new to this but it feels good!
