Do this weight loss thing on your own...Help yourself..get on bodybuilding.com and type in diets to lose weight. Start slowly with exercise that just gets you moving in your own house. After a 6 lb loss and 13.5" lost, I am now cutting to 1/4 cup portions, bread= 1/2 portion, and Drinks= 1/2 cup portions and will be eating on a teacup saucer and no seconds; blogging all I eat.
