  • Well, whey protein has a tendency to spike insulin. Nor does it contain any fiber. If you can, eat actual food. Otherwise, you might want to mix it with fat/fibers to spike insulin less. Flax, oats, cocnut milk, cinnamon, whatever you prefer.
