I'm changing mine! Hope it won't be too much of a hassle. I am not particularly fond of my current/maiden name, and my brother already has a son, so the name isn't dying off :) Excited for a new last name! I think it's going to be sooo weird!

Level 3 Day 2! Definitely sore in my shoulders in a bit in my back but today was good - did a little more (like all those mountain climbers!) but still have to follow Anita for a couple moves. Onward and upward!

Oops I was AWOL for a week but back at it today! After 7 days of Level 2, I skipped ahead to Level 3 today. Not bad! L2 D7...starting to get excited to move on to level 3 but still need a bit of work on Level 2. I hope there's less planking in Level 3! Maybe I will preview it some night.

L2 D6!! Still improving. Need a break during those squats with v raise or what have you (in the last strength circuit) - even with 3-lb weights my arms are too weak!

Today was Day 6 for me...I decided to bump up to Level 2! Much better for me - this one is a struggle, and I like that. I'm excited to get better and take fewer breaks!

Just finished Level 1 Day 5! Had to take the weekend off as I had hockey 3 times and didn't have time/wanted my body to rest a bit. Felt good today - I think I might move up to Level 2 a bit early but I will see how I feel tomorrow and decide then...maybe.

Day 4 done! Still have some soreness in my calves so I added on some calf stretches at the end of today. Felt good today. L1D3 in the books for me! Woke up with sore calves and I don't think D3 helped that much, but still a good workout for today. Just need to stretch the calves a little more. Slightly higher calorie burn today, woohoo.

Just finished up Day 2! I wasn't sore when I woke up this morning...my muscles felt used but not sore. I upped my weights (from 5 to 9...except for the last arm raise/side lunge - started with 5s and went down to 3s!) I track mine separately - but only because I like to look at how my calorie burn changes when I do a video - like compare HIIT 15 on one day vs maybe 2 weeks later. I think it's fine to do them together in one "session" if you don't care about that, and just want the total stats.
