I dont think you have your macros aligned with your calories if you are going over your macros and nt over your calories. they should add up. try using a different calculator to figure out your splits for macros and see what your calorie total comes out to be.

I wouldn't start calorie counting if you don't have to. if you can eat and still lose weight without it then why bother? I know personally if I don't count i will eat 2000 calories a day.
