this is really pissing me off!!! lol sorry guys :( anyway, i lost 20 lbs by doing the 30 day shred, and cutting calories A LOT. about 1200 a day. oh yeah, i went vegeterian, ONLY water. no chips, candy, icecream etc. just veggies fruits and water. it works!!!
