Well I haven't lost that much as all of you did but my goals were always to go out and run and now I managed to run for a year! I don't track my calories but I'll be more than happy to motivate you and learn something new from you :)

I think you're on your own in this battle, it's you and your head here. Look what you've already achieved and then try to keep it. I know it might be hard, but it will be much harder to look back and see what you've lost. Keep it up, you know it's worth it! And sorry for really no good piece of advice here
