No comments really except for the good 'ol, "You don't need to lose weight, you're skinny". Umm, no. I'm short... there's a difference. I only need to lose 5 pounds, but I need a good montly goal and motivation. I have to eat healthy and excercise daily or I gain weight fast, due to low metabolism from having 3 kids. Plus I am in a wedding in Nov., i'd like to be more tone. !!!! Good luck everyone!!!

I'm in!!! Been at this for almost a year and have only lost 20lbs due to medical reasons. I'm getting very frustrated that it's not coming off a little faster. I know that my age and hormones have a LOT to do with it. Just started working out with the You Are Your Own Gym book. It is strength training using just your body weight and it's much harder than I thought! Anyway, good luck everyone! We can do this!!!!
