Smoothies! Lots and lots of smoothies. I generally add frozen yogurt or some sherbet to add additional calories. I find when I have a cup of sherbet in my smoothie, I can have ANYTHING in there, literally. Carrots, dry oats, jelly, peanut butter--those are just some of the crazy things i put in mine!

Hm, well I am trying to GAIN weight myself because I consider myself to have already crossed that point of "too thin". I've never had any sort of eating disorder or anything like that, but I've always been very thin. Now I'm 5'4" and at 96 pounds.

My biggest obstacle to weight gain is simply that....nothing works. I eat 3000+ calories a day and nothing is happening. I'm eating mostly healthy calories, with a few less healthy mixd in, haha. Still, no significant weight gain.
