Yes, That's me in the pic after doing a super strict keto diet and only eating 900 calories a day. I was miserable and puking up cheat foods. I lost 35lbs and gained it all back and then some! I know surgery is not a quick fix

Heart Rate Montior! I also do crossfit and the best way to really know what you are burning is by buying a good HRM that calculates your calories for you. I burn anywhere from 400-700+ calories an hour doing crossfit.
