Some Quaker oatmeal with sliced up strawberries/bananas with nuts (almonds, walnuts) then sprinkle some cinnamon on top. About 250 calroies or so and tons of health benefits.

Focus on eating Nutricious foods that contain a higher amount of calories. Whole wheat bread, any kind of all natural nut butters, granola/protein bars, and avocados are great. There are many many foods i have learned to eat that are very nutricious and contain higher calories in order to reach my goals :)

30-35 lbs, ive been doing pretty good with filling in my calories the last 2 days and netting 1500. I just eat alot more now but still healthy foods so hopefully that will help.
