Wow congrats

Commit to it, I have not had a drink since December 2015 when I started my weight loss/fitness journey. I wish you the best of luck!
-
This is unbelievable. If I witnessed this anywhere in a public place ESPECIALLY from someone in a customer service role, they would not have a job by the end of the day.
-
Cake sandwich sounds awful, moderation is key.
-
Great job!
-
I wish you luck on this difficult journey, just remember you CAN do it!
-
Cow Brains, cow tongue (yes people eat this stuff)

11 lbs in 4 weeks is actually pretty good. I actually have the same goal of 165 and have been steadily losing at around 1900-2000 cals a day and after 4 months, I am 3 pounds away. It takes an abundance of patience and consistency but it does pay off.
-
Wow great job and your hard work has certainly paid off!
-
This for me as well, usually smells like a restaurant in the kitchen after I heat my food up
-
Cottage cheese and chickpeas

If someone was doing or saying these things to me family or not they would be told off hastily and never do it again. I don't take that kind of mental abuse from anyone. Haters gonna hate.
-
Patience is key, just give it time and lower your caloric intake if needed after 4-6 weeks if you still are not losing.

I Used to drink several cups of coffee a day. I now have maybe a few cups a week and green tea (caffeinated in the morning decaffeinated in the evening) the rest of the time, I have more energy than ever.
-
I did wake up one day and realize I needed a change but at that time I had no idea how to. I researched, tried different things and through trial and error found out what works for me.
-
This is so true, it can be great to have people around you to motivate when you need it but in the end you will have much more success if you rely on yourself and hold yourself accountable.
-
I always tell friends of mine struggling with weight issues that if they want to lose, they need to start in the kitchen.
-
The Kashi will fill you up much more than the some amount of apple jacks would.
-
I had the same issue, salads just would not fill me up enough. My typical lunch is 6oz of Chicken breast, a serving of quinoa and 3-4 servings of varying vegetables (Mostly spinach). This keeps me full for a good 3 hours until my next snack before i leave work.

I go to my....basement lol
-
I have a treat every night but it also fits into my calories.
-
I do not drink soda of any kind but do use artificial sweeteners quite often. Maybe they just do not affect me but my blood sugar levels and other measurements are near perfect currently and I have been using the artificial sweeteners for years now.
-
Amazing job! Congrats!
-
I wake up anywhere from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM depending on my work shift that week.
-
2 large eggs and a serving of salmon with some cheddar cheese sprinkled on top all wrapped up in a whole wheat tortilla pre workout. Post workout is a scoop of whey with a banana.
-
I walk 2 miles 7 days a week, utilize a progressive strength training program Mon-Wed-Fri and keep my calories in check (200-300 calories below TDEE on non strength training days, 100 calories over on strength training days). I am pretty strict on myself nutrition wise but do indulge on the weekends. All of this combined…

SWTOR/Warframe is what i usually play in my off time, which is barely any nowadays.
-
I make a juice every morning but I also eat 2000 other additional calories throughout the day. Its a supplement not a replacement.
-
I was pretty bad with coffee AND half&half. I switched to green tea (W/Mint, Lemon, Ginseng etc) about a month ago and have had success.
-
I did dry January successfully and still have not had a drink of anything since completing the challenge. Willpower!!
