zucchini chips, slice one thin and bake, they satisfy like a chip but are a lot healthier. Kohlrabi or Jicama sliced like an apple works well too.

Try Kimche or Kombuka Kimche is a dish of fermented veggies while Kombuka is a fermented tea. I work with families of special needs adults many of whom have gut issues. Different wines have different calorie counts. Personally, I just bought smaller wine glasses. Before the bottle filled 3 glasses, now its six. Seeing the full glass and drinking it gives me a sense of relaxation...not the size of the full glass.
