HBA1C down to normal!
A few years ago my HBA1C put me at borderline diabetic. I just had my first HBA1C in the normal range! I have lost 29 pounds and brought my blood sugars into normal range.

boneless skinless turkey breasts
As a thanks from a neighbor I am now the proud owner of 25 pounds of boneless skinless turkey breasts. any really easy and fast recipes out there? Getting tired of baking in olive oil and seasonings. PS am allergic to nightshades (tomatoes, peppers etc) and mushrooms. Also have gluten and corn sensitivity.

Help! Signed up for charity 5 mile mud run and scared

1 Year still Here!
In the last year I have made a lot of progress. I have lost 36 pounds. I have shrunk from a 44in bra band and a 22 pant to a 38in bra band and a 16/18 pant. looking for tasty recipes with out nightshades
lots of recipes use peppers , mushrooms, tomatoes etc for flavor but after my surgery I can't seem to handle spicy foods or nightshades so I am looking for yummy veggie filled options that skip the nightshade family please help

returning after medical nightmare

OOooppss!
Ummm..just slipped up. Had a culvers kids meal (butter-burger cheese (plain) and sweet potato crinkle cut fries with chocolate milk (908 calories). Had a brownie to top it off. (350cal) I had a big work out so I ended up 6cal under goal but wow! Haven't eaten like that in 4 weeks. Now I am feeling kinda sick.
