returning after medical nightmare

I spent 3 months in and out of the hospital. First a laparoscopic gallbladder surgery, than acute pancreatitus with a cyst (10 cm in circumference) that resulted in a second surgery to drain said cyst. After 4 ER visits and a total of 29 nights in the hospital, NG tube feedings, TPN feedings and a lot of quality time on my couch, I have been fully cleared to start life again and need some advice on healthy meals without a lot of spice or nightshades (peppers, tomatoes etc...still upset my tummy) and some motivation to go back to the gym.
