I know I can do this alone but it would be easier with a support partner. Just need someone to vent to Iand I can help too. Not looking for someone who only needs to lose a couple pounds but rather someone who know it is time for major weight loss.

I really thought they should have sent the orange team home. They are the bigger threat to the yellow staying long. I didn't like Betty Sue's attitude. She was one of the teams who put the yellow team in that position. Need to be responsible for their actions.

It is really easy to say go take a walk - sounds great :bigsmile: I hate the cold, the grayness. The sun was shining but still 20' I have two layers of clothes on inside, did go out and break the ice on the goldfish pond. Now colder.

I try adding vegetables to our favorite dishes. Like grated carrots, chopped celery, chopped brocolli, and onions, peppers and garlic to my taco meat(half vegies and half meat.
