I've had 5 c-sections and I'm now ready to try something. Following for suggestions and success stories. I've heard from a friend and my trainer that planks is what is needed.

Thanks y'all! I was getting so frustrated when the scale wasn't moving and I kept hovering at the same numbers for weeks. I know that they say muscle weighs more than fat and I've kept that in the back of my mind, but it didn't fully register until today when I took updated pictures and was just shocked. I'd been taking…

I exercise in the early morning and I never eat before. I do 45 minutes of cardio on the arc trainer and then 15-25 minutes weight training and I eat when I'm finished. I don't think it matters, so long as you eat something. Do what your body tells you it needs :)

I was having a similar problem and then restarted and refreshed on 1/1/14. I set my ticker back to zero and since then I've lost 8 lbs. I started measuring everything, I was shocked. Meeeee. I came to the realization a year ago that I will always have to count my calories and measure everything. I tried going it alone and somehow gained 10# back. I have lost that 10 and gained it back since March of last year and I'm stuck losing and gaining that same 10# back. Hoping to finally blow past it with…

Welcome to my world. I've been battering a 10 # weight gain since last March. I'll lose it then gain it back. It's a cycle that I cannot break and before that point I was losing 1-2 # a week. I'm not near goal yet. Still have a way to go but I'm stuck. I quit posting on here for help because there wasn't any.

^^ THIS!!!! I am a planner by nature. I plan out what I'm going to eat for the day and if I add in a little extra here or there I make up for it by adding in or increasing my exercise. If I can't do it that day, I pick it up the following day and make up for it. I don't log sticks of gum or hard candies if it's 1 piece,…
