30 day shred results - second round (Mom of 5)
Decided to try my hand once again at Jillian Michael's 30 day shred from January 2nd through February 1st. I dropped 7 lbs and 3.5 inches in my waist and hips. :noway: First round I only managed to drop 4 lbs and only like 2 inches in my waist. I like the results from this round much, much, much better :love:

Who's up for an 8 week challenge?
I've not been very good at logging much and have been a bit discourage, but I'm ready for a change. I'm proposing an 8 week challenge where by you (and me) have to log faithfully every day everything that goes in and exercises that you do. Who wants to support me and have me do the same to you? Welcome to my challenge
