    I'm in! I so need this right now!

    Can't bear to step on the scale...I lost about 25lb a couple years ago...go really close to my GW, but now all of the clothes I was wearing then are too tight. So my goal is to fit back into them again, and then some...

    One problem is I used to be a workoutaholic, but have developed some joint pain in recent years so have had to cut back quite a bit on my exercise...unfortunately I did not cut back on my eating habits...if anything - the opposite...not a good combination...:sad:
