The results are in! How did you do?
Well, I'm down from 153.5 lbs to 148.5 lbs and lost 1/4 inch of my hips and neck only. Week 3 starting tomorrow
We are going in to week 3 of our challenge and I think we need a exercise challenge since we all are on different things I vote we do just a 30min cardio workout a day for this week Your choose just get up and be active for 30 minutes everyday! Day 11 - June 21st
So, how was your day? I did pretty good. I have decided to increase my work out time from just 35 minutes to over 1 hour. Today I burned a lot and I'm hoping that it transcends into better weight loss. :)
