Week 3 starting tomorrow

We are going in to week 3 of our challenge and I think we need a exercise challenge since we all are on different things I vote we do just a 30min cardio workout a day for this week Your choose just get up and be active for 30 minutes everyday! Let me know what ya think and give me some feed back please :smile:
