That is an awesome idea!!! I want to teach a class using glow bands, but I like that idea much better.
-

I  Zumba and cannot begin to tell you how many times I've done the Car Salsa ! Ha ha! I get strange looks from people passing by.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!! You guys made my day! Especially those who said I look good where I'm at. You do not know how far I've come and to get compliments like that just make my heart swell! you all!

Thanks guys :flowerforyou: !!! I totally forgot to mention that I follow IPORM from Dan on here. He taught me about TDEE and losing weight. I started following his plan this past July through October where I lost the most of my weight. I kinda fell off the wagon from September through December and got back into the swing…

I have one to share! :) I had my caboose on May 25, 2012 and at 2 weeks post delivery I took my first Zumba class and was hooked! I just got my license to teach Zumba Fitness this past January. I've lost 58 lbs by doing Zumba every day for 45 min to 65 minutes (depending on how I'm feeling).

Happy Mothers day to you! Ours isn't until May here in the states.

It's probably due to stress. :(

Wow!!!!! You look awesome! Congrats!
-
Wow, you look amazing! You look so much younger now than 60 lbs ago. I'm digging the dress and I understand the arm situ, but honestly you look amazing!!!

You're an amazing transformation my amazing friend!!! A job well done with awesome determination :flowerforyou:

Wow, what an amazing transformation! I've learned in this journey that you can still enjoy yummy things, just not 6000 of them at the same time. ;). Everything is good in moderation :)

You are amazing! What an awesome accomplishment and a feat in and of itself to do this through just MFP!!!
-
Oh wow, you are awesome!!! I am so amazed at what you did right there. Especially with your tummy. Kudos to you!!!

Thanks guys!!! It's the small NSV's that are the most powering. Like when I was able to sit in a booth at a restaurant for the first time and my tummy didn't rub the table. And for it to be the small hotel towel (which are small to begin with) is the most amazing feeling in the whole world! Next NSV that I'm looking for?…

Yeah!!!!!!!!!! :flowerforyou:

Totally amazing feeling! :)

You seriously cannot see a difference? You look amazing! Can you not even see it in your arms? Look how tiny they are compared to your before picture.

MFP is an awesome place to get motivation and help. I initially joined back in 2010 but really started April 2011. I lost 48 lbs from May-October 2011 and then got pregnant... I had the wee one in May of 2012 and started back up on the weigh loss train in June 2012. I have lost 56 lbs so far, and have hit my pre-pregnancy…

I can see where that would be true. I usually just turn it off after I finish the work out. I'll have to try it tomorrow to see what it does for an extra hour or two.

Personally, I think the first round for me did not produce results because I was learning how to do the program. Second time around, I knew what to expect and I increased my weights so the results were much higher. I'm starting again on March 1st for the 3rd round and I can't wait to see the results on this next round.

:flowerforyou: Thank you!

Thanks y'all! :flowerforyou:

Thanks y'all! :flowerforyou: Level 2 was the hardest for me out of the 3 levels. Glad to be taking a break from it, but not for long. I'll be adding the 30 day shred back in again next month :frown:
