Hang in there and don't give up. I'm on my second round of 30 DS and am currently on level 2 getting ready to move to level 3. Last time I lost like 5 lbs and about 1.5" in my waist and hips. This time around I'm down 6 lbs so far and 2" in my waist. I've got 12 days to go.
