I haven't lost any either. I'm up and down 3-4 lbs. BUT, I'm down 2.5 inches so I know it's working. I keep telling myself that muscle weighs more than fat. I'm using 3# weights right noe and seeing definition everywhere.

Suave here too. Tropical Paradise for now. :D I can't use much of anything else after a few tries. Ban is the worst for me. I can wear it about a day or two and then after that it reacts to my sweat and smells off. Not like stinky, but just off and drives me (and my nose) crazy.

Not sure how much time you have to plan things out, but I have a big chalk board wall in my pantry that I use to plan out the meals for the week based on what I currently have on hand and what I can pick up at the store. For me it makes life a lot easier because we won't deviate much from that schedule.

Awesome job! Yes, I finally figured out last year that you have to have diet and exercise in order to be successful. For whatever reason, those two things never clicked for me until then. Now I understand that if I want to indulge, I need to work for it. :) Congrats!!!
