  • Thank you for the insight. I am going by my heart monitor which is the kind you mentioned. I would rather be safe and go by the lower calorie burn. I might also try placing the info int eh machines to see if they produce a closer calorie count.
  • Thanks. I am doing all that. I am hoping the heart rate monitor can help me to figure out what I am burning each day and I hope to go see a nutritionist in January to help me figure out the next step. But I have lost over 70 lbs in the past year so I am almost to my goal weight. It just seems to get harder the closer I get.
