Given the content of my previous post, I'm extremely disappointed that no-one on MFP has bothered to reply. I wasn't necessarily expecting donations from this site, but a deafening silence and lack of support is discouraging especially compared with responses to more trivial posts elsewhere on the site.

I've just purchased a treadmill. I have two young children, and my wife works during the evenings so it fits my lifestyle as going out for a walk or jog obviously isn't an option most nights. As was said above, everyone should work out in the way that suits them.
