Hi all, I'm looking for a running buddy in EK, someone who's pretty much a rank amateur like me. I'm training for a 5k at the end of the month and another couple of races after that, and need the extra motivation, especially with the weather (slightly) improving. Weight Watchers opinions
I lost 19lbs in 2 months with Weight Watchers towards the end of last year. However, half of it crept back on again fairly quickly, chiefly through my own indiscipline.
