That would be an interesting dilemma for anyone hiring someone who would sit next to them! I would still hire the person - it would be unfair not to - but maybe have a quick word in their ear at the right moment.

I so would not.

Normally I would weigh in around once per week. This time I've been weighing in every day and finding it more successful. Most days my weight makes sense, with occasional blips but I don't allow that to put me off. Ultimately everyone has their own preference I suppose.

Completely agree with the above poster. By enlarge people on here are selfless and supportive, and offer useful information when others are struggling. Good to see some local support on here. I'm from East Kilbride, I joined a couple of weeks ago and (happily) off to a good start losing 11lbs. Have set a further target for beginning of October so working towards that.
