Don't cut out any food type too intensely, you could end up with a deficiency. Eating food in moderation and eating it at a set time. Exercise even if it's just for 30 minutes a day, this will also help destress you!

I'm a photographer/retoucher and I'm happy to say my job of looking at slim, skinny models everyday doesn't actually affect me. I get to see all their imperfections, so I know not everybody is perfect. Curves are the way forward, health and happiness :)
