I ready in Oxygen Magazine that you need to watch your processed sugars but natural sugars just count it in your daily carb amount.

I can do everything else though like barbel rows, overhead press etc.

I don't see why I can't do an exercise routine that doesn't affect my foot. I seriously don't want to not workout. The dr. said as long as I don't put pressure on the ball or toe of my foot then it's fine.

So maybe doing bulgarian squats?

I am sorry I should have put that as long as I am only putting pressure on my heel and not on my toes than I am fine!!!

Yes I probably could. You just hold one weight against your chest. I don't want to stop working out after my surgery so I was planning on doing the 5x5. I could lift as much as I can over my head and go from there.

Could I not just hold a heavy db instead of a barbel? I bought db bars so I can change my weights.

I have been lifting for awhile so I figured I can do the bar sideways and then put it on my nack as I have watched a video on that on the bodybuilding.com website. Even if I just did the other workout's I should beable to get a decent workout though.

I am doing ripped in 30 now. I love this way more than 30 day shred. I enjoy the variety.

I am doing turbofire and ripped in 30 jillian michaels. I kind of created my own. I have lost 4 inches so far in two weeks.

This does sound right. I usually burn around 300-400 during a 30 min interval session on tread. I do wear a hrm.

I used to do 3 sets of front for a minute both sides each a min. so a total of 9 minutes. I haven't done them that long in a while. I am going to start doing hold the front for 30sec to a minute then do 10 or so pushups then do my side hold then pushups then otherside hold then pushups.

I am sorry that you are going through this. Try and do the meal planning but also find fun activities for you and your toddler to do together but still burn some calories. That way will help put some light into his eyes!

I use Coconut Oil in the cooking section works great! The showers strips away all of oils and so when we use the lotions it's not really getting the oils we need.
