I to was on 1200 calories once. I did lose the weight but I also didn't have as much toning. Sure I was smaller. Looking back I was still flabby and I exercised daily. I to thought low weight high reps are pointless but I have been doing Les Mills Pump and it works great. You can also go heavy though you don't have to stay at light weights. I have seen people on here change quit a bit from this workout.

I just spray the cooking spray in a pan and then poor the veggies in. I use the salt free stuff or a tad bit of seasoning. It's mostly pepper I use.

EAt a higher amount of calories. I did 1200 first go around of me losing I didn't have much muscle tone just same shape but smaller.

No I am not wanting results quickly. My first round I did get results quickly so I know it is slow to get the best results. I just have heard some people say they have seen results around the 3rd or 4th week. I upped my cals from 1350 to 1600 so that should help as well.

I do the at home version so on the shorter video I go heavier and then the longer version I go just a tad bit lighter but doing the shorter version has been helping. No I could care less about that! I was just saying in general when you have the certain amount of cals for the day you make them fit for you! I was talking about the type of food I ate! Again these are just opinions!

I eat and cottage cheese all the time! Cottage cheese every day! I buy muscle milk, Luna bars! I just got tired of eating that stuff! I ate a lot of string cheese and got burnt out!

No I don't and I know I am low! Some days I do have high protein! I Am not a big meat eater! I try to avoid it, besides tuna! I'm not vegetarian or anything!

Ha! I had a splurge day Thursday it was my bday! Usually I have a splurge meal once a week! I am really full with 1300 cals but if I am really hungry I will eat more!

I sometimes mix it up it just depends if I am in that mood. Sometimes it's just my go to stuff if I am busy that day or I am craving it.
