I used to be able to do 35 straight manly! and then I had to take some time off so I am working back up. What I usually do is every morning I do a set of how ever many I can do and if I have time do another set just depends. I used to come to work early and before my coworkers get into work I will do a set or two.

I realized I was eating way less than what I should have been. MFP gave me 1200 to lose a lb a week and then half lb would be 1310 the no. are low on here. I am 5'2 weight 124 and I am eating 1600 cals a week I burn about 1000 a week.

I do to :)... You will be fine. Do you get an hr for lunch? I usually eat part of my lunch before I go exercise and then eat the rest after my lunch. I just go spray some perfume and maybe a baby wipe. WE get an extra 15 min on our lunch if we workout on lunch.

This is so true I was eating 1200 and I was starving adn I would eat dinner and be like that is it. I would be hungry an hour later and I would be working out 5-6x a week 40+min.

Age 27 5'2 I was down to 110-113 but I went off the wagon and got up to 124 so I am trying to get back down. I was only eating 1200 cals exercising 5 days a week and now I am doing 1320 eating exercise cals so I don't gain it back. 1200 is really low.

this but it is good to exercise the day after it does help with the soreness.

There's 3 of us I spend about 240 a month. I don't buy as much meat. I cook hamburger once a week and chicken or pasta the rest of the week. It's so much cheaper. I could spend so much more if we had it.

I am5'2 got down to110 went up to 124 trying ti get down but just lose clothing i had to start lift heavy i was doing jillian but had a boot on foot thats when it went down hill! Im trying jillian again tto tonight

I am trying to save up for a adjustable dumbbell set those are expensive. I think the 100 should keep me occupied for a little bit. Then when I get the olympic size bar that will be 45 as well. I have the book.
