  • This is great. This recipe also works with hind quarters (leg and thigh pieces). The juices this makes can be put over steamed veggies. I cook the pieces with the skin on and toss the skin after cooking. The skin helps keep the moisture and flavor in during cooking which eliminates basting. I give this two thumbs up.

  • Metamucil (spelling ?) works for me. I also have hot water with lemon and a bit of honey on most mornings which also helps. Good luck

  • I rotate between Slim in 6 and 30 day Shred - two weeks for each DVD. I know each DVD has a specific program you can follow but I tend to get bored easy so this is the best way for me to stay motivated and get a good workout.
