I did it for just one week before a dinner dance and the pressure of getting into a dress motiviated me, I thought it was great and really enjoyed the fact it was only 35 minutes, it was so handly, I did 20-30 minute run and the 35min of the dvd. I've done a few half marathons but one had a chest infection thrown in the middle and I was out for 2 weeks. I tired starting at the week that I was meant to be on but energy levels were shot and I got injuried with the extra mileage too soon. I suggest you start with the week you missed and see how you feel run by run.…

Not the greatest week, final exam before Christmas but did manage 7 miles, two 2milers and one 3 mile run. Hope to do better this week, all finished at university, wohoo, Christmas holidays :-) happy days

14 in total, it's been a good week, two 4 miles and one 6 mile run. Feels good, to be running again without injury :laugh:

It's not easy this weight loss thing, nobody ever tells you it'll take this long or that it never stops. I did a couple of adventure races for charity (very slowly) but got weight down, looked good, all nicely toned. Then I quit my job and went back to university, I have a lot more time on my hands but doing even less…

Went to do a 3 miler last night but it was a beautiful night in Ireland, no rain for the first time in weeks and it was clear, clean, crisp and cold and I loved it, so did an extra mile so 4 in total. I can't tell you nice it was to be outside running with no rain :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Well done on the weightloss so far, it's great. Maybe you should cut out a day or two of exercise, your body needs time to recover, if you over exercise, you're body might be storing energy as you are doing so much. Maybe google what happens if you exercise too much and see if it can cause your weight loss plateauing. Hope…

Hiya, I've just signed back up this evening, I had it on my iphone but I had to give it back to work when I left the job and don't have a smart phone.
