I'm at my second Plateau and I'm hating it. I work out 7 days a week for the past 2 months without fail. And the first month i lost 11 pounds then the second month i lost 9 pounds now its been two weeks and i just been maintaining weight. And i hate it. i have to much weight to lose for this to be stopping lol i was getting used to all that weight flying right off me its hard to see it stop

I lost 60 pounds and still got 60 pounds to go!!!! its tough road isn't it?

Tips would be very much appreciated. Seems like i was always the one giving tips but now I'm asking you all and this is how we all learn what we know SO TIPS TIPS TIPS lol

P.s. thought i show off some weight loss pictures :)

Thanks

Well done on the weightloss so far, it's great. Maybe you should cut out a day or two of exercise, your body needs time to recover, if you over exercise, you're body might be storing energy as you are doing so much. Maybe google what happens if you exercise too much and see if it can cause your weight loss plateauing. Hope this helps but keep going, it is a long hard road but it will be so worth it. Just keep going one day at a time

First, congratulations on losing 60lbs!!! You are looking great!

Second, have you considered taking a rest? My initial thought after reading that you've been working out every single day for the last two months is that your body just might need some time to recoup. I don't know exactly what kind of workouts you've been doing but muscles need some time off to repair themselves. Take a week off from working out (or at least give yourself two days of rest for that week) and see what happens.
