The way I understand this is your daily goal is 1,230 without factoring in any exercise . The 1,480 is what MFP calculates you will burn a week doing your workouts . When you do a workout and enter it your daily calorie goal 1,230 will increase . You must decide if and how many of those exercise calories to eat . Cindy…

I got my FT4 off EBay . It was brand new in the package for $60 .

I'm not worried at all . I'm allergic to chocolate so none of that for me . I will be doing the cooking . I am not cooking a ham because of the sodium . I'm considering a turkey . If I roast a turkey we will also have baked sweet potatoes and a big garden salad .

I eat some of my exercise calories . I am a tad lenient with myself . I still try and stick with healthy choices . I was craving chips big time today so I ate a serving of baked Cheetos and a serving of Special K cracker chips .

I love Laughing Cow cheeses . I spread it on wheat crackers , dip apple slices in it , add it to my eggs . I also like to use it when I eat a tuna sandwich . Spread it on the bread instead of mayo or other cheese .

I have lost 100 pounds two times just to gain it back. This time is different because I was diagnosed with pre diabetes . I wil NOT let myself become full blown diabetic . The diagnoses was the kick in the behind I needed .

I rode for an hour today . 14 .67 miles . Stationary bike . I am aiming for more miles tomorrow .
