Honestly, that's not normal. I've never once had that issue, and I get my veggies from a few different places - farmer's markets, a small local store, and from growing them in my own backyard. I'd change where you shop, to be honest. D:

Rest day for me today, or active recovery rather! I'll be taking the pup on a walk and doing some very light yoga though, so I'll still be contributing. :)

I'm game and have time to do a lot of rowing on Sunday. However, I realize that may not be the case for everyone. Depending on everyone's schedules though, if we have our entire team able to really kill it on Sunday... I'd stand behind a rather hefty bet. :P

Will there be a maximum bet allowed? Since theoretically one team could win the entire race if they were feeling confident enough in their rowing abilities for Sunday. :P

I've done the Shred as well. I fully agree that Level 1 of Ripped didn't feel too bad compared to Shred Level 1, but I'm also in better shape now than when I started Shred too, so I don't know. Regardless, Level 2 of Ripped has been kicking my butt!
