hi! I am doing a hybrid of body beast and turbofire. I just did day 2 build legs today. I am curious/excited to see where I will be at in the program around the 30 day mark.

Banana Smoothie with Greek yogurt definitely helps me! add some fruit in there too. Bananas work wonders!!!!

I am 5'7" and weigh 168 right now. My goal is to be around 145-150 since I have an athletic frame. I am looking to lean and tone up and loose some body fat %. So I feel we are in the same boat!

hi! i do the exact same thing to a tee. i pinterest the hell outta the recipe page and am constantly looking things up on youtube and allrecipes.com. that goes as well as finding calories for everything. sounds like we are in the same boat here.
