  • LIke I would hear myself ;) What I found out, that helps me is eating nuts. I eat 10 nuts a day. 3 hazel nuts, some walnuts & 5 almonds. I eat them usually in between lunch & diner VERY slowly & with full glass of water afterwards. For some reason, I find myself craving less when I eat those daily. Hope maybe it'll do a…
